Aluminum Profile Extrusion
The Global Extrusion aluminum plant is the most modern aluminum profile extrusion plant in Ukraine. The plant has 2 extrusion lines with dies of 5 and 8 inches.
– a line with a 5-inch press allows the production of aluminum profiles with overall dimensions up to 125 mm and was launched in January 2016.
– a line with an 8-inch press allows the production of aluminum profiles with overall dimensions up to 260 mm and was launched in September 2016.
Exclusive aluminum profiles at our plant are produced only from primary aluminum alloys of grades 6060 and 6063. You can buy aluminum profiles made from these alloys in our sales department. An aluminum profile made of alloy 6063 is less susceptible to corrosion, and its T5 heat treatment (artificial aging, hardening) increases the strength characteristics of the product. Corrugated aluminum sheet is obtained by hot rolling of smooth aluminum sheets. The most common corrugated aluminum is quintet.

Aluminum profile extrusion line consists of:
- An automated pressing line based on a horizontal hydraulic press with a force of 2,200 tons, with a workpiece diameter of up to 8 inches.
- Automated receiving table with the latest automation.
- Gas oven for aging finished products
- Instrumentation area equipped with the most modern equipment
- Matrix nitriding furnace
- A laboratory equipped with equipment for monitoring the chemical composition of incoming ingots, testing the physical and mechanical properties of the profile, accredited in the accreditation system of analytical laboratories (centers) for technical competence.

Aluminum profiles are made from alloy AD 31 in accordance with the requirements of GOST 22233-2001 and from alloys 6060, 6063, 6061, 6082 in accordance with the requirements of standards EN 755-2001 and EN 12020-2001. Delivery status – T, T1, T5, T66, T1 (22), T4, T6, T64, T66.
Order fulfillment time
Production of a matrix kit and receipt of a prototype within no more than 4 weeks from the date of approval of the drawing. Production of the profile within a period of no more than 4 weeks from the moment the specification is signed. The profile is packaged in pallets with a gross weight of 300-600 kg, a wooden pallet, cardboard, packaging paper or stretch film. Other packaging is possible upon agreement with the customer.
